These terms govern purchases of the products offered at enlairevins.cat, owned by MAS GORI SCP (Tax ID J66295726), Masia Cal Gori s/n (Can Rossell), 08739 Subirats, Spain. Placing an order implies accepting them.
Products and prices
All products are wines made by MAS GORI SCP, shown with a description, price and indicative image. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Sales to over-18s only.
Ordering and payment
You fill in the order on the website and receive an email with the summary and order number.
The shipping cost is calculated in the order itself, based on destination and weight, using the courier's rates, and you pay the total when you send it. If you collect it at the winery, there is no shipping cost.
Payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment platform: you enter your card details with Stripe and we never see or store them. The contract is concluded on payment, and nothing is prepared until it has been paid. Any refund is made to the same card.
Delivery and timing
We ship across mainland Spain (and the Balearic Islands where possible). Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days from payment confirmation. At busy times or with logistics issues there may be delays, which we will tell you about. Shipping costs depend on destination and order weight, and are free from €200 of wine in mainland Spain and from €250 in the Balearic Islands. You can also collect your order at the winery.
Winery visits: deposit
You request the visit on the website and we confirm the day by email. To book it, you pay a 20% deposit of the total by card (through Stripe) (€27 per person, minimum 6 people). The rest is paid on the day.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance (by replying to the email or calling +34 620 097 761), we refund the deposit in full to the same card. If you do not turn up without notice, or give less than 24 hours' notice, it is not refunded. If we have to cancel, we always refund it.
Right of withdrawal and faulty products
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the products have not been opened or tampered with, by writing to info@enlairevins.cat with your order number. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrived faulty or wrong. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt: MAS GORI SCP will cover return and/or replacement costs.
