Young orange wine from Macabeu, Parellada, Xarel·lo and Garnatxa Negra in a 3-litre bag-in-box. The Parellada gets a 7-day cold skin maceration and the Garnatxa 11 days on skins. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, no additives, no mechanical filtration.
